Sologlobe

Located in the borough of Pointe Saint Charles in Montréal, this project consisted of transforming an empty warehouse into modern office space for IT companies.

A basement was excavated for new parking spaces and the structure was modified

To be able to build 3 additional storeys in the future.

The interior design was conceived with ASSA DESIGN, open and luminous spaces

Provide for a great working environment. A closed in building, the new window openings allow for a better interaction with the street. Many existing structural elements were kept and recycled.
