Design of a three-story residential building that integrates seamlessly into the 19th-century urban fabric while meeting the needs of 21st-century city dwellers, and complying with the architectural guidelines set out in the Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program (SPIIP).
The crowning ornamentation, typical of the neighborhood, is echoed on the project’s main and side façades. A modern interpretation of the ornamentation on the balconies and canopies showcases new materials, such as perforated steel panels.
