Microbrewery and restaurant

The new Brasseurs de Montréal restaurant is now located in the former Hôtel Viger train station in Old Montréal. The space had already been stripped of all its finishes. We worked with the raw, exposed character of the structure, which dates back to the 19th century. With a limited budget, we made full use of the space’s unique potential.
