Microbrewery et green oasis 

Located on a prominent triangular lot, this craft brewery sits in the heart of Griffintown. The restaurant’s expansion will offer visitors a new green oasis while preserving the industrial identity of the architecture.

The landscaping was designed in the tradition of German Biergartens, where guests dine under large trees. The project reuses materials already present on the site while incorporating lush, colorful vegetation.
