Located in a backyard in Plateau-Mont-Royal, this residential project received the 1st Prize in the multi-unit residential buildings category at the 2011 Excellence in Architecture Awards from the Ordre des architectes du Québec.
The architectural firm Raouf Boutros commissioned Catalyse Urbaine to develop the project’s landscape concept. A large, grassy backyard has been designed as a shared space.
