Les quatre arbres

Situated on a backlot in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood, this residential project obtained first prize in the residential multi-unit category from the Quebec Order of Architects in 2011.

Catalyse Urbaine was asked to carry out the landscape design for the project. A large lawn in front of the building creates a platform from which to the view the building, and also offers recreational space in a closed-courtyard setting. The landscape project also comprises the greening of a concrete block wall adjacent to the project, and the design of planted roof-top terraces.
