Manoir Maire-Victorin, Saint-Hubert

New wing to a residence for people living with Alzheimer`s disease. The extension provides residents with special needs new indoor and outdoor recreation areas. The project uses a structural system of precast wall (Tibetral), allowing a great speed of construction.

An interior garden connects the new building to the existing one, and is to stimulate the patient’s memory through the five senses. This is both a therapeutic space and a social space where families can come meet the residents.
