Microbrewery and green oasis

Situated on a remarkable pie-shaped lot, this microbrewery is in the heart of Griffintown. The extension to the restaurant will offer clients an oasis of greenery but still retain the industrial attribute of the existing architecture.

The landscape plan was inspired by the traditional German Biergarten, where guests are seated under large shade trees. The project reuses most of the industrial materials on site, into which is woven a colourful and lush vegetation.
