New residential building

Design of a three-storey residential building that blends in perfectly with the 19th-century urban fabric and meets the needs of 21st-century city dwellers, while complying with the architectural criteria set out in the Site Planning and Architectural Integration Programme (SPAIP).

The crowning ornamentation, typical of the neighbourhood, is repeated on the main and side façades of the replacement project. A modern interpretation of the ornamentation on the balconies and canopies showcases new materials, such as perforated steel panels.
